Is this the BEST All-Inclusive Resort in Cabo? Honestly, I don't know. It's the only one we've stayed at, so we can't make that call. Looking at reviews from other people, it very well could be. Sandos Finisterra Los Cabos always seems to rank really high in the Best Hotel in Cabo San Lucas lists.

What a great video, brings back a lot of great memories. 😎 We've been to Sandos five times and really enjoy the all inclusive. What makes it so special, is the staff. We were always well taken care of. As for Royal Elite, black band. That comes with ownership or as you did via a AirBnB rental. We usually stay in what you identified as a Royal Elite room, Finisterra Suites, I think is the correct name. Which entitles you to access to the VIP pool.

Lol. I went for a Thai massage on my first night, drunk. Thought it was the best thing ever. Went back the next day with my travel companion and was in so much pain I couldn’t fathom how I enjoyed it the night before

Go for it! It's totally different from how we normally travel. It forced us to relax and slow down, which was actually really nice.

Looks great! Any reason you chose this all inclusive in particular? How far was this from downtown?

We have friends that have a membership there, so they recommended it to us. It's right across the street from the Marina, but it's on the opposite side of the marina from downtown. If you're walking, it'll take about 20 minutes at least.

Hello i’m planning on going to Cabo towards the end of February and I was wondering how much additional did you have to pay for the massages because I know some inclusive resorts will have you pay an $200 for massages or was your massages included in the inclusive package free of extra charge here?

Ours were covered because we sat through their sales pitch. But if we remember right, they were pretty reasonable. I think between $60-$80. Definitely not $200, unless they have some sort of "everything" package that we didn't even consider.

Some friends of ours bought the Royal Elite membership and we bought some nights off of them, so we were their guests. Not sure how to go about just trying it out otherwise. I can send you our friend's listing on Airbnb if you want to go through them, then you'd get the Royal Elite perks.

Yes and no. You pay up front for all your food and drinks, so they do cost money. But then you just go and order whatever you want, whenever you want, and as much as you want, and it's all included. So you don't pay when you eat.

Hello! How do you obtain the Royal Elite status and would it be wise to upgrade to Royal elite?

Getting Royal Elite allows you to eat at any of the restaurants at any time, which is really nice. You also have access to a royal elite-only pool, but honestly we never went in there because it's small and not as fun as the other pools. Our friends have the Royal Elite status already, so that's what we had. I'm not sure what the cost to upgrade is, so I can't say if the difference in price is worth it or not.

I’m sure you’ve answered this in the video. But what doesn “All-inclusive” include exactly? I’ve heard that it meant free drinks…but is that true? What does that mean exactly? Sorry, I’ve never been in a resort 😂😂😂

It covers everything except tips: food, drinks, room service, activities, even the cupcake shop, it's all included. Just bring some money to tip your bartenders, waiters, and housecleaning. The spa is extra if you want to do that.

No. It's way too dangerous. Sneaker waves and rip tides and no life guards make for a bad combination. Stick to the pools here at the resort, or go swim at Lovers Beach by the Arch or Medano Beach downtown.

Don Diego has a buffet breakfast, everything else you need to order. But there's no limit to how much you can order.
