Sandpaper Storage - Workshop Organization - Easy to Make

Sandpaper storage is often a problem in workshops. I know that many woodworkers and others who use sandpaper are looking for ways to organize and store their paper. In this video I share the storage systems that I use in my shop. While they are things that I didn't make could easily be made. Just some half inch plywood and a few screws would be all that someone would need.

The Sand Box originally made by JoinTech is no longer being made. The company went out of business several years ago. This box would be fairly easy to make. The size would be determined by the size of sheets of sandpaper. I mentioned in the video what the box is made of and made suggestions for substitute materials.
While Rockler lo longer makes the sanding disc organizer they do have some plans for one. Evidently the plans were first presented in their Woodworker's Journal. Rockler charges $7.95 for their plans if you're interested.

Make Things it works great too and as I mentioned is very flexible in regards to the number of sheets it will hold. I’ve been using that box for about fifteen years.
