I also have anxiety and depression and I agree with you 100% on staying busy! It is definitely so easy to get stuck in your own head. I also try to take on projects and assigning yourself tasks. It’s good to give yourself work and keep yourself motivated. Part of the reason I love love love this hobby.

As much as I suffer from insomnia, it really helps if I could get some good solid sleep as well... so at times, I'll take sleep aids to help. This hobby truly is amazing for those, like us, who have anxiety and depression.
