I've read all the court transcripts currently available and there is nothing to link Luke to the murder. The fact Dobbie said it was one of the finest crime scenes he'd ever seen, yet Jodi was left uncovered in the rain all night..shows Dobbie is either deluded or was in the wrong job! Jodi's real killer is still out there, and what's worse is the police probably already have their DNA. The facts don't add up to Luke being the killer. There are too many presumptions and too many holes in the prosecutions case. To deny this is to deny fact. They were not informed about other DNA evidence found on Jodi's body for example. There was NO DNA evidence whatsoever linking Luke to Jodi's murder. God help us all if you think he got a fair trial. The media set out to paint him in a bad light. The only "witness" to "see" Luke in the vicinity that day couldn't even point him out in court. And it would've been impossible to actually see the person she said she saw was Luke, as she was travelling in a car around a bend in a direction which wouldn't have allowed her to see that person. The family colluded to frame him. They know who really murdered her. And it wasn't and couldn't even have been Luke.

Any DNA found at the scene or on the poor girl was down to trace transfer because everyone had solid alibis. I'm hoping someone will do a podcast with Sandra and ask detailed questions about Luke's whereabouts for the full day that day minute by minute. The times he was unaccounted for, he was seen walking in the street at 10 p.m. when he said he was home at around 9 p.m. and much much more Sandra never talks about Luke's whereabouts, or his alibi, Surely that's what you'd be talking about If you wanted him set free. Sandra received a 200-page document from the SCRRC in 2014 explaining everything about the alleged suspects, and witnesses to these suspects. but she never talks about that. Thanks for the chat .

It's now 2024. What is the status of this effort to free Luke Mitchell? It's going to take more than doing some podcasts that advocate for his innocence. Obviously this case is full of problems, full of injustices towards Luke from the day Jodi's body was discovered. The fact that he, being a minor at the time was questioned without a parent or an attorney present, even though he'd asked for both, should have been considered a major trampling of Luke's civil rights. And the case worsens with complete and total lack of any physical or forensic evidence linking him to the murder. And yet this young man was found guilty and has served more than 20 years in prison as of this point 😮😮!!! Can nothing more be done to right this wrong? Huge injustices for Jodi and for Luke. 😢

He called up his mates thinking that would be an alibi, he Failed. The mates testified against him & said it was Very unusual for him to call & he had hassled them to meet him. He had rarely seen them since dating Jodi for months. He plum 'forgot' to tell the cops that he had arranged to meet the other girlfriend that night. She also testified against him as well as to the Fact that he wore The disappeared jacket in her presence, as did the mates & one teacher. There was also a photo of him wearing it from before. The mates also testified about the disappeared skunting knife that he carried daily to cut his hash, the hash he sold to mates & school fellows. He premeditated everything he did, his plan was not good enough for seasoned cops who were on to his Staging of the scene straight away plus all that he said & didn't say.

Luke was Not home in that time frame of 5 to 5.30 & so, did not know if his brother was or not. Luke had left to meet Jodi before his brother got home from work. They reeled that poor lad into it the Next Day when the mother had sobered up. Their statements changed every time the cops went back to tell them info they found out, didn't match. They changed the alibi 3 times within the 1st week. Lean & Forbes have Never told that Fact. Jodi's grandmother, her sister & boyfriend realised they'd repeated to the cops what Luke had Told Them about the actions of the dog & so they amended their statement about that detail, that was All. Now I see that Lean has a big banner & posters as her next hoodwinking ploy, "Mia found Jodi". The dog did Not climb over & through the V in the wall & so into the woods, ONLY Luke DID. It was proven that his torch did Not have the scope to have seen the body which was behind a big log & amongst bushes - on that pitch dark, rainy, starless night, At All. Lean always uses the wording of 'case papers' to Pretend that she had all the documents & all the statements from the trial, she does Not & Never has. She had paperwork from his defence lawyer for the appeal process from way back at that time, Nothing else. Over 40 police & seasoned investigators worked this case very carefully for a Long time. The police did an Excellent job to put that scumbag degenerate child killer Exactly where he needs to be.

Did her brother have cuts? Is that why the mother cancelled his mental health visit the next day while he was smoking buckets in his bedroom? Why have the Jones family been so quiet? I believe the answer lies within that family and the things that went on in that house were no environment for any child especially a female one. A man who can stab his mum,batter his gran and ragdoll his sisters to the point he's sectioned would have been the first person I'd be looking at. If it wasn't them the couple whom Ms. Bryson saw have not come forward. If Luke is innocent he hung around for hours whilst Jodi did not appear. He described a clasp she had been wearing in her hair and a species of tree the body was lying by. Luke had no alibi. He had previously threatened a girl with a knife and had a fascination with the occult. It's enough to convict, with all due respect to Sandra's extensive work on the case.
