Can be the zipper pull stick out rather than tuck it inside the bag? I have the soft tabby hobo bag and it has the same zipper pull. I mean its tuck in inside and it makes the same problem. The zipper gets stuck if i open it way too far so i decided to tuck out the zipper pull. It will be easier to zip as well coz you have the puller. I hope this makes sense. I love this bag as well and looking for the white one. Love
