Thank god someone else made the connection to hypnosis. Like, there’s no way they’re not related. To me, it looks like Francine stumbled back across the basic mechanism, and tooled it up for the cognitive/behavioral era. EMDR can easily be seen as auto- or self-suggestion.

Go to a bear trainer, play and make friend with the bear under his supervision. It will be deeper and truer healing. Then go to the Woods till you meet a wild bear. Stay calm, breath peacefully. That will bring you to your power and you will become in time a strong healer.
