@@amircool2529 I mean Java and anime almost beat Kyna and they didn’t use axe to fight Kyna at all. I don’t know what happened to anime but Java was really close to beating Kyna he just over aggressive and lost. At the end you need skill for the game, sandstorm beat wess in winners and wess was using axe. Then sandstorm lost cause he choosed a counter pick for his mordex and another for his tesca. If sandstorm already beat wess who was using axe in winners why couldn’t he beat him losers? He just got outplayed that’s all. Wess was just better in that set because he found a way to counter sandstorms characters. And sure axe is op rn but that doesn’t mean it can’t be beat you just need to play smarter when fighting it. Java and anime made the matches close for Kyna because they knew what to do they just had little mistakes that caused them the game. And you need to give credit for the player, not every guy has a good axe it takes skill to play the axe like them, you really think a random diamond using axe can beat sandstorm? No that’s dumb. It all depends on the skill of the player who uses the weapon.

@@Draco-zw9fg scythe is a weapon we’re it’s moves are very least punishable you can always hit a move then quickly use the same move a different one right a way to cover for yourself and sandstorm did that a lot cause he knew his moves weren’t going to be punished over if you over use them it’s ez for your opponent to know what your going to do cause he does the same thing all over again. Scythe is also a broken weapon that needs to be nerf even Phazon who was once a scythe players says that scythe needs to be nerf. And 2 of the top 8 were scythe players just like there were only 2 axe players in top 8. Why do you think Yuz picked fait instead of his op gs character? Cause orb and scythe are broken weapons and many people know how broken orb is. I havnt seen a single player win on axe for na? In fact top 5 are usually never axe players. Only axe players exist in eu and there only 2 in sa. Na don’t have much experience fighting top level axe players like wess and Kyna and it showed in the tournaments, wess and Kyna are just good players who know how to make any weapon work.

​@@Lock_bh Not any weapon just axe 😂😂..Kyna mastered the prediction only with hammer but not with any weapons. Yes, kyna and wess are good players but Axe is really a light weapon with heavy damage. Its like hitting 5 side lights to KO with sycthe. You cannot do more damage with any weapon with little amount of swings like axe. Thats why sandstorms most of the second stock went red with just 4 moves of axe by wess and kyna. The whole matchup was like axe vs sandstorm. So fricking boring to watch that he got KO'ed by 5-6 moves only.

But the sets were super close and intense especially when sandstorm was fighting wess, that was one of the most intense games in that whole tournament. And I don’t see axe boring at all but it is your opinion.

For real though. That was such an awesome set, but people just love to hyperfocus and put all the blame on something because obviously sandstorm would never lose 🤷‍♀ Scythe is also a pretty damn strong weapon, but sandstorm got pushed off of it because he simply got outplayed.
