Thank you Guruji for the bonus information, My opinion, individuals need not buy this shares for bonus alone, since after bonus this shares will fall five times (around Rs.600). Buying at cumbonus and ex-bonus will have same effect, if steel sector good for features, we can enter this stock for long term.

@@sajeeshs5717 They announced 5:1. That means each stock will get divided into 5 but the Face value won't divide. Current price is Rs.3000. So, after bonus you will have 5 shares worth of ~Rs600 (3000/5) instead of single Rs.3000 share

My view is that its equity will raise 5 times and so it expand its operations as well. It is supplying essential input to iron and steel industry and so by default it should grow. Only the time will reveal whether the company can capitalise on the growth of steel industry. 👍👏

When the bonus is credited to your demat account, within a week that shares will be listed for trading and you will get message on this listing, then only it can be sold. There will not be any locking period for bonus shares.

No , if u buy 1 share after Bonus the price will be reduced like 3000/5 = 600 So, after bonus 1 share price will be 600 ( approximatly) So, U will have 5 shares each worth of 600 after Bonus

Imo, this company is not ethical company, by creating right issue of 10Rs,, they made sure that long term of investor got seriously affected whoever not subscribed to the issue, why the company needs 18 crore when they quarterly profit itself around 100 crores, by subscribing non alloted right issue themselves they pocket around 23 crores.
