I know it’s not mandatory, but why is not very many picking Marks up in order?

More often than not, handlers will select the next shortest bird for their second bird retrieved after the go bird. This is called secondary selection and the thought is to get the easier bird out of the test quickly.

This is safe gun handling? Hands over barrel, barrel pointing at head?

He even says barrel should always be pointed in a safe direction. But he has already pointed at himself.
