so I didn't realize this knowledge would ever come to use lol but from seeing them live and watching sets on youtube i know that alex uses one pedal through the set which im 90% sure is a digitech bad monkey overdrive. But sam has a pretty full pedal board and one I noticed last time I saw them was the digitech whammy, so he's probably playing that octave sound from that pedal.
