Hello! Welcome to the first episode of the Tassie series, to be honest this episode was a little slow, nothing too much happened as we spend the first couple of days our trip taking it a little bit easier. But still wanted to give everyone a tour of the spectacular Sandy Cape :) things definitely start to get more interesting as the trip goes on. Ill be aiming to release a new video every Sunday, part 2 + 3 are already up on Patreon - patreon.com/tylerthompson Schedule: Part 1 - Sandy Cape Part 2 - Balfour Track Part 3 - Climies Track Part 4 - Ring River and Montezuma Falls Part 5 - Lake Cumberland And then I'm still working out the rest, should be 9-10 episodes in total. Enjoy!

Hey mate, thank you! Yep I'm always trying but really hard to do, it changes from song to song and then seems to also come out different for people depending on their tv, laptop etc. I brought the volume on the first song in this video down to about 60% and then to second to 50%. Ill keep trying to make everything as even as possible haha

I have to agree the production values and content are top notch. I like the low-key approach and the family aspect is great too. I've been watching for just over a year and I have to agree, you are mixing it with the big boys. I enjoy watching 4WD action, but it is becoming more and more a long commercial punctuated by action and hype. You just get in there and get on with it and you have great driving skills.

Mate great video as usual! Like the way you give details on the trip like prices and track directions..... Hey, like you, I've got no idea on how to change a CV! I drive a Nissan Patrol Y62 so kinda important being independent all round!😃 I've heard people talking about grinding them out to get out of trouble.....maybe you could do a video on how to do this please? 👍
@krump74294 жыл бұрын
Just cut the "shaft" in half dividing it. Then cable tie it out the way to stop it hitting on things. Once its disconnected from the wheel it wont turn. You can also use manual locking hubs to do the same thing, or on some vehicles you can remove the hub locking plate which stops the cv turning too. But then your exposing the front componants to water and dust ingress. Being you have a patrol i doubt you will break a cv 💪😉😂
@TylerThompson904 жыл бұрын
Thanks mate! I've never actually done it but yeah just cutting it in half to its not turning into the diff with the wheels. If i break one on the tracks then you'll me attempting to do it haha

Always wondered how the Drone follows you on those high shots when your driving on a track or the beach. Does the drone have a “follow me” mode or are you controlling it while driving?
@silvrsentinel76714 жыл бұрын
You drag a rectangle over the item that displays on the screen on your phone and it locks the drone onto that object, person/vehicle. Once locked you just get in your car and it will follow the car as you drive. You have to get out and land it manually though otherwise the drone will go back to the position it took off from. It's a lot of work setting it up and then getting in then out of the car to land. Usually, it's done by a whole film crew. Respect to Tyler for doing it all himself - Mavic Drones
