I LOVE The Free Design! This is one band that should have had MUCH more fame. The arranging, harmonies and energies were FANTASTIC.

So do I! Too bad the great Enoch Light's label didn't have the promotional budget of huge labels. The Free Design are my favorite 60s group! Yes, great harmonies, arranging and energies!

The Free Design's music has been an important part of my life ever since I was introduced to the You Could Be Born Again album by my music theory teacher in 12th grade, in 1971.

I just heard this song on the new Zillow commercial. I'm 56 years old and don't remember ever having heard it before. I have a song for each one of my kids, parents and husband. THIS is the song for our 8 year old granddaughter!!! Thank you so very much Sandra!!! I plan on teaching to her...she already knows Can You Tell Me How To Get To Sesame Street?😉 ~ APRIL LIPKE

I didn't realize you wrote this song, great tune and sweet voice! Free Design was a great band, glad you're still singing. Do you have any others that you do solo like this?

I'm so happy that you are still singing. I hope that the other members of your vocal group are doing well. And I'm so grateful to be a subscriber to the FD KZbin channel for years now, to be able to have heard much of your group's entire book which was unavailable to me when Kites was popular all those years ago. So many groups made unique contributions to composition, harmony, voicing, etc. which is now today a lost, far off distant memory. All of them (and you know the litany of names) , especially the Association and Spanky, in my view, taught us about all of the above, by bringing their own songs and styles. FD was at the top of that wave of creativity.

Heard this son 12/11 years ago in a car commercial and loved it. One time my baby brother was fussy in his carseat so I played him this song. He got quiet and listened. Now it works as a lullaby for my daughter if nothing else helps anymore.

SO great to see this, Sandy! I love your expressions through this, they are perfect! I recognize your voice from my 1960s and 1970s records and CDs! Great song for children and the rest of us! It was such fun to nearly complete my The Free Design music collection in Japan!
