Thankyou Mr. Uploader.. This is what I've been hunting today.. Love his magic.. All I see on here is the puppet act, which is debatable more popular. Surely Tommy Cooper was influenced by this great man.. Does anyone know if he ever mentioned this? Shame this is so short but the rarity of it is unquestionable. After all, I've been hunting all day.....

He was a consummate performer. His rendition. Of “Sonny Boy” with arms that just got longer and longer was one the funniest turns ever!

Totally agree, seen him perform it on a local T.V. show, I laughed so hard I got a nose bleed, been trying to find a copy of it for years to no avail.

In Canada there was a character who performed a number with cards and balls with the same style. Romaine

From a series called 'The Old Boy Network' I think. I wish I could see those shows again, especially this one, it was definitely the funniest.

What????!!! Omg can't believe I read this.. Without him it's doubtful Tommy coopers act would even have been.. But no this man surpasses Cooper by Miles, u should see the full act.. He pulls out a hanky at one point puffs smoke into it pulls it away to Reveal a white bird which he then proceeds to stroke and then fold up and put in his pocket like a piece of paper... Amazing.. No, his tricks were bordering on genius as well as failure.
