He'll believe me you guys aren't the first and you aren't the last to be doing what you're doing it's a shame. I've watched these videos get real popular over the last five or six years rivers that I love to fish, or no longer fissionable due to the pressure that they received because of these video oh, you only see a short success of your video and fame from it or whatever you desire come true?. But ultimately when you don't allow other people to investigate and find things out on their own due to their own due diligence and you really do yourself a disservice and you might find this out the hard way as did I did. I've watched Fisheries where I live be destroyed by videos such as yours. I would say keep up the good work but I'll just say have fun fishing while fishing last and while fishing is good because your kids might not have this opportunity to enjoy that River or Columbia tributaries the way you think you did. Just keep that in mind what I'm saying is not to be misunderstood as disrespect to you or what you're doing, but more or less guidelines and possibly a different Outlook of what you're doing and how you're doing it. Do you have any questions hit me back up I'll be glad to sit down and have a conversation with you or meet up with you on the river, I'll be in Portland for about a year so hit me up. Also I am a subscriber and I love your videos so don't take this like I'm trying to be disrespectful most people get offended too easily I love the Columbia tributaries all the way up to Montana and Idaho in the Oregon Washington and ultimately out to the Pacific Ocean without this it would be a disastrous as losing the bumblebee, trust me

I hear what your saying and I’m definitely not offended . I will argue that the sandy and the Clackamas are 2 rivers everybody names because everybody already know them. I will also say our videos don’t do much to our fishery as new people are at the store buying there first pole every day . If you look around our planet is kind of full of people and there is nothing we can do about it . That is why our fishery is impacted . Because of the mass amount of people in the world , not because the videos in the fishing world . I appreciate you reaching out and I definitely wouldn’t mind fishin with you . The sandy and clack is so close to Portland they bring in hell of people. 100 thousand people move to Portland every year and way less move out

Aside from oxbow I try not to give away spots. And that’s something I’m getting better at, I didn’t realize how my video would have impacted a spot until it happened. One of my steelhead videos got 7k views and my apot all of a sudden was full of people. And for that I apologize and will work hard to not let that happen again. Ps I no longer fly my drone near where I’m fishing . I fly it at an entirely different spot to where I catch fish ! 🙂 eventually in videos you won’t see much of the spot where I fish except when I’m fighting the fish . There is things I can do with editing to make it fun yet discrete .

I definitely do not want to expedite anybody’s fishing skill or ability to locate spots . That should be done through face to face communication and exploration as it was for me
