The only real event that happened around me aside from the race/crash was when I parked across the street from a store. A black suv rolled up, a clown got out and I drove off with the clown trying to chase me down.

If u hit road spikes over 130 mph u are moving to fast to hit the penetration spot on the tires so the tires won't pop if you hitting too high of a speed so tires won't pop unless you're going a slow speed

So we found out on a couple different servers that when a vehicle is traveling over 100mph spike strips are ineffective due to the high rate of speed.. So it's just GTA mechanics.. It's also something we go over in PD training on those servers, essentially only use spikes on turns where a vehicle has to slow below 100
