I don't know if anyone else has written this, but I LOVE JOY THE BAKER!!! I've been following her since not long after she started her blog (around 2008 or 2009). I've since developed a dairy allergy but I still follow her and manage to cook some of her recipes. She has a fun personality, I love her photography and, of course, her recipes are wonderful (she has two vegan chocolate cake recipes that are amazing!).

Hi Sandy, also love your posts! I crave your schedule, although hectic for you at times, I remember the years I spent being in the home when my 3 kids were growing up! The routines for coziness, good recipes and crafting were my favorite, and providing a lifestyle for my family the way you do, were so important. I am looking forward to retiring from teaching elementary art in a couple of years, and coming home again! Thanks for providing a glimpse into your days! Hugs from New England!

Everything about your lifestyle seems nearly perfect. We had Advent Calendars last year and they were loads of fun. I have read most of the Salt Path, and really enjoyed it. I say most, because, somehow I've misplaced it! I was about 3/4 of the way through too. The beginning was a little tough, but it got better. However, it is a story of endurance, so stick with it, I hope I'm right. You'll most likely finish yours, before I even find mine! Best wishes to you this Holiday Season. PS You always look so lovely.
