In the words of the gifted writer of Aseerzadi, Ehd E Wafa and Sang E Mar Mar, Mustafa Afridi, directed by the brilliant Saife Hassan who’s work Bari Aapa, Ehd E Wafa and Ru Baru speak volumes of just how accomplished he is as a director and produced by none other than the finest in Pakistan, Momina Duraid.
‘Gagh’ a Pashto word that translates to ailan or proclamation, even though illegal is an ongoing kabayali pathan rasm through which marriage is enforced by firing at a girl’s home.
Sang E Mah revolves around the concept of gagh and encompasses the enactment of law to combat this tradition.
Along with highlighting gagh, the tale of Sang E Mah comprises of a transcendent tale of love, and retribution between a father and son.
There are three similarities between Sang E Mar Mar and Sang E Mah, some of the far famed cast members such as Nauman Ejaz and Sania Saeed graced both parts with their incomparable acting, both dramas are based on kabayali pathan tradition and both meticulously encompass the undeniable subjugation and oppression of women in rural areas.

The whole episode was so emotional. Hilmand's pain after the confession of his mother with the song in background "Usse zakham se mili roshni..". Haji Marjaan's helplessness and sacrifice for his beloved wife's honour. Zarsanga's brave act to accept her crime and to tell the truth to Hilmand and save Haji Marjaan's respect infront of everyone. She is not only a good wife but also a good mother who doesn't spoilt her son and stay quiet just to keep Hilmand's trust towards his dead father who did wrong to her. Its a brilliant episode and a well written plot!

What an episode!! I think we need to talk about Haji and Zarsanga's love story. The love, respect and affection they have for each other even after so many years of marriage is just so beautiful. The whole cast is Fab especially the older people, Haji, Zarsanga, Zarghona, Badam Gul. This drama would have been a masterpiece if it wasn't dragged initially. But still it really a very good drama.

Uff this episode... so much happened here.. Hilmand's helplessness but the will to fight to get what he wants, Hilmand running to his mother wanting her to stand in his support, then Zarsangha's confession, then the interaction between Haji and Zarsangha, Zarsangha and Zarghona, Mastaan and his wife, and Haji narrating his love story to Shehrezaad and above all Hilmand weeping helplessly, his escape from himself and those tears while shouting onto the howling wolves... all these moments made this episode very special and one my favorites ❤ Kudos to the whole cast for their excellent performances ❤🙌🏼

What an drama this has been. Wow, amazing, really outstanding drama sang e mah has been. This is the best episode in the whole sang e mah drama. Atif aslam acting was really awesome, amazing, fantastic, fabulous, and magnificent. Mashallah atif aslam killing everyone with his brilliant acting. Today's episode was so emotional. The twist was really amazing. Zarsangha killed Nasrullah khan. Haji marjan khan also involved in that case. When atif aslam listened that his mother killed his father, that time atif aslam heart was broken💔💔💔💔💔💔💔💔. That scene which atif aslam did while crying is really amazing. I also cried😭😭😭😭😭 seeing while atif aslam cried. Atif aslam my love❤❤❤❤. Nauman ali the biggest actor in the world🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌. Sang e mah is trending🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 no. 1 in India as well as Pakistan also.
