Here the 'ShrI venkatesham bhajaami' the kriti of Ambi Dikshitar - nephew ( sister's son) of Muthuswami Dikshitar who was adopted by the former's brother Baluswami Dikshitar who also had o sons. The boy- Subbarama Dikshitar was later popularly known as Ambi Dikshitar (1863-1936), another composer in the lineage! Maestro Maharajapuran Santhanam presented a lovely wholesome recital.sweet eloquence as entailed by the ragam. Despite the richness in lyrics and the way its fit into the raga , this was not much in the popular list of krities . maharajapuram Santhanam celebrated his rendition......wants to listen again n again...pranams to the great soul....
