मैं हिन्दी गानों का बहुत बड़ा फैन हूँ । मैंने रफी साहब से लेकर अरिजीत सिंह तक सभी सिंगर्स के खूब गाने सुने हैं। लेकिन मैं दावे के साथ बोलता हूँ कि इन सभी में सबसे खूबसूरत आवाज उदित नारायण की है। भगवान ने अपनी आवाज निकाल कर उदित नारायण को दे दी थी। हालांकि करियर के शुरुआती दौर में इनकी आवाज कुछ खास नहीं थी, लेकिन वर्ष 1995 से इनकी आवाज बहुत सुंदर होती चली गई। बेमिसाल अद्भुत और सबसे यूनिक आवाज है इनकी, जिसकी नकल शायद ही कोई कर सकता है। मैंने कुमार सानू, सोनू निगम, मोहम्मद रफी, किशोर कुमार से मिलती जुलती आवाज बहुत सुनी है, लेकिन उदित नारायण से मिलती जुलती आवाज जीवन में कभी नहीं सुनी किसीकी। नतमस्तक करता हूँ मैं इस महान सिंगर को 👏

@@adilcheema3983 - But it doesn’t matter how many songs he is singing now, what matters is that he is the only singer from 1980s who is active currently, most of his contemporary singers are not singing anymore like, Shabbir Kumar, Suresh Wadkar, Kumar Sanu, Abhijit, Vinod Rathore, Amit Kumar etc. Even if he is singing remakes of his own songs but they are well received by the audience, recent example is the views on “Ud ja kale kawa” are 60 M comparing to the “Khairiyat” song from the same movie which has only 17-18 M views. Despite him not singing much in last 15 years, he has been consistently the “Globally Most Listened Male Singer” on KZbin music charts for last 4-5 years

@@adilcheema3983 - I like both Udit Narayan and Kumar Sanu equally, Kumar Sanu had the edge in early 90s, post that Udit Narayan ruled next 10 years. The original comment is about his career which actually started from “Mil gaya” song from “Unnees Bees” movie released on 05-Jul-1980, so he has completed 43 years this month only. When we calculate the years in someone’s career then we take start date from first song released, not from the hit songs. By your logic Lata ji’s first popular song came in 1949 but that doesn’t mean her career started from that year only, it is actually 1942 on records And most importantly when all singers from 80s or even 90s are sitting idle except couple of singers like Sonu Nigam, Udit sir still has capabilities to sing with the same feeling, this is a great achievement considering his age of 67 👍 Also, please note that KZbin charts are not only based on the videos they include KZbin music as well, where people don’t see actors faces, anyways you can go through the comments section of any of Udit sir’s video and see what people talk about there, except few songs, they almost listen to the singers rather watching any actor. No one can deny that Udit Narayan is the most listened male singer in the world, this is a fact

@@adilcheema3983 - His achievements tells about his success. No one of the singers that you mentioned has such achievements. He is a Padmabhushan awardee, Sanu da is only Padmashree. Udit Narayan ruled from 1995-2005 that is period of 10 years, Sanu ruled for 1990-1995 only around 5 years. Sonu from 2002-2007 almost 5 years. As an 80s born, I know the stardom Udit had around the 2000s when he was at the peak of his career. Every music director wanted to have Udit sir’s voice in their movies, in 2001, two big movies got released same day, Gadar and Lagaan, almost all songs of these movies were sung by Udit sir. Around, the end of 90s, he was considered the onscreen voice of all 3 superstars of that time, SRK, Aamir and Salman. Music directors started to use him for Salman Khan instead of SPB after 1995. He was already the voice of Aamir and SRK, now don’t say that Abhijit is SRK’s voice, because Udit Narayan gave way more hit songs for SRK than Abhijit Udit Narayan is the only male playback singers of filmfare history to have won the best singer’s award across 3 decades (80s, 90s & 2000s) Equally known in Bollywood and South industry for his voice. Not many people know Kumar Sanu and Arijit Singh in south industry.

The answer is Udit Narayan and that has been recognised by different governments by awarding his the Padma awards. Anyways, it is fine if you don’t like him, everyone has their own choice of music. But there are some facts that you can’t change, that are his achievements, 25000+ songs in 36 languages for over 4 decades, 5 Filmfare awards, 3 National awards, Padmabhushan awardee and many more. So we all know who is king here. Period.

बेहद दुख की बात है कि दुनिया हसीनों का मेला और तेरे नाम टाइटल सॉन्ग जैसे बेहतरीन ब्लॉकबस्टर songs के लिए उदित जी को फिल्म फेयर अवार्ड नहीं मिला। इसी तरह इनके कई बेहतरीन गाने हैं जिनके लिए इनको नॉमिनेट तो किया लेकिन फिल्म फेयर नही मिला। उदित जी के साथ कभी इंसाफ नहीं हुआ। मैं यहां हूं यहां (वीर जारा), कहो ना प्यार है टाइटल सॉन्ग, दिल तो पागल है टाइटल सॉन्ग, एक दिलरूबा है (बेवफा), जादू तेरी नजर, पहला नशा पहला खुमार, फूलों सा चेहरा तेरा, हो नहीं सकता (दिलजले ), कुछ कुछ होता है टाइटल सॉन्ग, तेरे नाम टाइटल सॉन्ग, तुम दिल की धड़कन में, आंखें खुली हो या हो बंद ( मोहब्बतें ), पंछी सुरु में गाते हैं (सिर्फ तुम), ताल से ताल मिला, दुनिया हसीनो का मेला, इत्यादि। ये सारे गाने नॉमिनेट हुए थे। उदित जी को टोटल 20 बार फिल्मफेयर के लिए नॉमिनेट किया गया, इतनी बार अभी तक भारत के इतिहास में किसी सिंगर को नॉमिनेट नहीं किया गया है। अगर इमानदारी से फिल्मफेयर दिया जाता तो उदित जी को कम से कम 20 में से 10 बार फ़िल्म फेयर मिलना चाहिए था। वर्ष 1995 में तुझे देखा तो जाना सनम(कुमार सानू )को अवार्ड मिलना चाहिए था, और वर्ष 1993 में काली काली आंखें की जगह जादू तेरी नजर को अवार्ड मिलना चाहिए था। ऐसा ही वाकया नेशनल अवार्ड में भी हुआ है। घूंघट की आड़ से दिलबर का यह गाना कुमार सानू और अलका जी दोनों ने गाया था , लेकिन नेशनल अवॉर्ड सिर्फ अलका जी को मिला। कुछ कुछ होता है के टाइटल सॉन्ग के लिए अलका जी को नेशनल अवार्ड मिल गया, लेकिन उदित नारायण को नहीं मिला।
