Topic is good...sir you have identified the problem well...but more solutions are needed...some suggestions: 1 Go to a govt hospital and see the patients and staff...when you see so much suffering patients and see that still world goes on your pain may ease (I am a doctor)... 2 Give charity...give simple Parle G biscuits to ten needy people/beggars whatever...do this regularly...biscuits worth 100-200 rs per week...you may feel better... 3 stay away from news channels, political, religion news , messages, forwards etc... 4 learn to play a musical instrument...not just listening to music... 5 play with small children at home if they are around... 6 go for morning walk daily... 7 eat more fresh fruits/vegetables (salad)

Big time Urja 😊. I am a working woman of this generation and I completely agree and relate to what you said sir. I have seen my mother and grandma just working all the time in kitchen, managing home, kids and men think that's their duty. Indian men are not raised to connect emotionally with the females of the family - mother, sister or wife. I see that it is changing now with more women working and taking care of themselves and dont give a damn about men. Women need to prioritise themselves, dont wait for someone else to take care of you. You are your own boss. Order from a good restaurant once a week if you dont want to cook, go out on a spa day. Relax your body. Keep a maid if you can afford and if you are working. Go for a walk, watch a funny series. Take break, rest your body and mind. We are as special as anyone else in this world. Self care is the best care. On an ending note, I would like to say the same thing to men as well. Don't work so hard to impress your boss. Your family is more important than the boss. We are forgetting self care and family time in this time. Just money and no health is zero happiness.

URJA

Extremely insightful video. All bitterness springs for helplessness in the present & hopelessness for the future. A certain lack of control over life's circumstances. A nugget of wisdom. Understanding it and taking charge of other areas will help us cope with one's bitterness and frustration and live a life of peace with ourself.

I have taken treatment of more than 16 docters but my condition is not much improved and I know this is because of stress I have gone through.Yes,sir your videos give us that ऊर्जा which inspire us a lot . Bitterness is because of helplessness and hopeless. When have to do what you don't want to do, made to comprise. Like have to go somewhere you Don't want to go. Helplessness is in current situation and hopeless Ness is that this will not change even in future Need to acknowledge it, say no , we need to value us more.
