Yeah theres not a lot like these nowadays. it’s definitely passed the test of time for about 9 years. At my Church job we have 4 of them now and it’s almost been a year since we got them and there still standing haven’t had to replace anything on the 3 we got last year.

Those wide track vacuums are built like tanks, the belts are don’t cost much to replace so it’s good to buy lots of them and have strong vacuum power and I secret thing I do when using them is every time I empty the bag and shake it out I place a fabric softener sheet inside the bag so when I turn the vacuum on and it starts throwing hot air into the vacuum back as I’m using it then it starts activating the fabric softener sheet like bounce or any kind you wanna use, not to many know about this secret but I’ve used these wide tracks for my business a long long time

I've done that too in the past and it works! Belts are a big deal and I found the good ones and should share the link when I find it because there are some cheap ones that are a waste of money too. I keep extra fans, belts, gaskets, spindle etc in case I hit a nail or rock or similar and break something. All fixable so no big deal!

@@JoeWheeler spare parts for these are a must to have around, there easy to fix and to find parts for, the only drawback I see with these if you gotta be careful like you said about what you suck up or run over with these, if it’s something big you can always push the handle as far down as possible to lift the front of brushes into the air and kick out the objects, the weight of these is heavy there build to last but that push n pull of these if you gotta do large contract buildings is something u gotta think about, for vacuuming non stop like I do for over 2hrs straight I just stick to my Mosquito 10qt backpack vacuum for something big.

Hey Joe, Maybe You Should Try Jamming The Sanitaire Tradition 899 All The Way Down To Level 1 BareFloor So It Clean's Better!

Watch it again because you missed the height-adjustment portion where we man-splained this subject. Take note because this WILL be on the test later and it affects your final grade!

Hooray!!!!! Thanks Joe

I hope you enjoy it! BTW the Oreck brush had lots of blonde hair in it which doesn't match the customer or her pet so it was from some previous tenant and survived lats of daily vacuuming and cleaning with the Big Green and the Sanitaire RESTORE (BG-10 clone) and the Oreck brush got it out! So this is definitely a good method!

Would a light prespray before brushing help with the dust?
@JoeWheelerАй бұрын
Not for this because you want the dust out of the carpet and allow some time for it to fall back down and be sitting there ready for a vacuum to pick it up. Prespray or any moisture will help the dust to stick and not be loosened or vacuumed. Wear a dust mask if you need one and be sure and let the dust have a chance to settle some before vacuuming.
