Hello sir. How does the test class knows which Apex class and methods have to be tested? We are not calling our main Apex class and methods in the code then how are they being covered?

When u perform the insert operation the class will be called automatically, so u have to match the test class logic with Apex class logic so that it will be called and buisness logic will be executed
