Guys should be ashamed of themselves. Where is personal achievement to get what you want. Dowry like this the same as begging. Also dowry does not belong to hubby or his family it rightfully belongs to the girl, its has been given to her as her safety net. Finally it is illegal to demand it. The boy and his family should be shown the door or arrested the minute they mention it.
