Deathgaliens are one of my favourite monsters. The idea of continuing the game by having Narnia insert an arcade coin is brilliant. Unlike other monsters that grow just for the sake of a mecha battle.

@Dr. Crazystein You mean Shiomaneking? He’s a fiddler crab.

The concept of the Deathgaliens having medal slots on their bodies for growing is not common. The Londerz prisoners from Timeranger also have the same concept with their Depression Seals and rather than being killed, they were captured by the heroes.
@ashleyfaminial9642 жыл бұрын
@@tankenming4760 that's why I like it. The unique part of the Dethagalien is like in the videogames when you insert another coin to continue, you get a second life Genis sama is he's not out there to conquer worlds or in search of destroying humans; he just wants to see living things suffer, it's all a game to him. All for entertaiment. Don Dolnero is one of the Head honcho that grew on me. He's not necessarily evil, he's just a con artist and wants to be rich. The Londerz were just thieves except for Gien who's a psychopath and wanted to kill humans.

That would still explain why Shiomaneking is like a bonus/event player to Deathgaliens like Ginis

I love how appreciative the monsters are on getting a second chance "Thank you Naria!"
So, all these monsters in Zyuohger were basically playing a game of death with these guys? Guess that's not the WEIRDEST thing I've seen.
@matthewshiba39973 жыл бұрын
@@liambean7663 no. It's because they were themed after Games and Ginis make Earth his target for his Murderous Blood Game by make human Suffer. All the Game they does was actually base don their design.

Zyuohger is first series to have the least monsters, with a total of 25.
To those, who doesn't understand Japanese: "This contains the energy of Master Genis. I hope you put it to good use." Every Player (Minus a few): Thank you, Naria."

the zyuohger's lives wouldve been so much easier if they just... found the coin slot and clog it with like, wet toilet paper. so they wouldnt be able to insert the coin and revive to go giant.
@matthewshiba39972 жыл бұрын
All of the Deathgalien Players would be enlarged when Naria insert the Continue medals inside their body slots. Soem of Deathgaliens can also enlarged when tehy eat the medals.
@daneyal71623 жыл бұрын
To this day, I have no idea why the zyuohgers never tried to shoot or stop Naria from enlarging the episodic deathgalien. What, it's some sense of fairplay? I know that she needs to do this plotwise so that we can have a zord fight, but still...

In Super Sentai’s counterpart franchise, Power Rangers, it’s said that as a rule, Rangers are never to escalate the fight unless their opponent does so first. It’s also the same reason why they don’t summon their mecha from the start

In fact, this is true for any Tokusatsu franchise, because generally the villains wait for the heroes to transform and not get in the way. This comes a lot because of the Kabuki shows (I think), where Tokusatsu were inspired. In this type of show, each member, whether hero, villain, co-protagonist, etc, gets their time to shine and nothing can interrupt them at that moment because they don't get much attention outside of these scenes, so they have to make the most of every minute to entertain the audience. And people who interrupt this time to shine are called scum or a word of the same degree. However, if you look for it in the sense of lore, it doesn't make any sense.
