for the rug, maybe you could try using c2c tecnique to make it smaller (i think it would have less ends to hide too). i havent tried c2c yet so im not 100% sure, but since the stitches resemble squares it should work

help! Does the weight 4 yarn is equivalent to 5ply or 6ply cotton yarn..?? or other than that..??
@Pinkberyl727 ай бұрын
@deathqatqt1272 A #4 weight yarn is a medium or worsted weight yarn. A 5 ply or 6 ply is a #2 sport weight yarn, about half as thick as a #4 worsted weight. The yarn # weight is always on the ball band of the yarn. The numbers start at 0 - thinnest cobweb yarn through 7 jumbo yarn. The higher the number, the thicker the yarn. The yarn #s 1-7 weight is a scale of how thick the yarn is, so a #4 worsted weight is a medium weight yarn. Here is a Yarn Weight scale: 0. Lace, cobweb weight 1-3 ply 1. Sock, fingering weight 4ply 2. Sport, baby 5ply 3. DK 8 ply 4. Worsted, Aran 10-12ply 5. Bulky, Chunky 12-14ply 6. Super bulky, super chunky 14-16 ply 7. Jumbo, roving 16+ply

@GraceTwopointoh Sanrio is a Japanese company that makes the merchandise around their characters Hello Kitty, My Melody, Kuromi, My Little Twin Stars, Charmmy, Pompompurin, Chococat, Pochacco, Cinnamaroll, Keroppi, Tuxedo Sam, & hundreds of others. Hello Kitty is their most well-known & popular character created in 1976. Sanrio was started in the mid 70's & now has stores all over the world. Sanrio is the original Kawaii & should also get credit for beginning amigurumi/plushies.

I'm so happy this is a tutorial I'd love to be able to make some of this stuff. 🎒 *My Melody drawstring bag* It turned out so cute, I have to make one maybe as a pouch instead of a bag 😍 🧶 *Kuromi rug* 643 granny squares 💀. I honestly can't imagine how long that took to make and sew it all together, and you still have all those ends to weave in 😭. But it would make a cute blanket tho 🤩. 🐶 *Cinnamoroll mirror keychain* He turned out so adorable, I might make this for my friends birthday. 👑 Stay cool Queen 👑
