Not sure if this is part of your AU or not, but if you don't know then canon corrupted does have some of passive's memories, but only ones that were really strong, like a memory where he was really happy with dream or really upset with the villagers!

Thanks why I requested this is because it will show how much he's changed he will learn who he was and he may align more with good after he realizes what his plan originally was (it would basically be like showing someone that they went from being good to being evil (from what most people say the cannon version of error wants to destroy all universe's aside from the original universe and then kill himself) so it would make him realize he's bad (he was once like classic and classic had to deal with frisk and chara killing everyone and destroying the world so if he's destroying au's without reason he's no better than chara and frisk who destroy the world) so he may decide to have some type of redemption and only go after the bad au's like horrorfell for example)
