Sans can't stop smiling he has no muscles. It is technically biologically impossible for him to stop. It amazes me how he widens it when he becomes mentally insane. Its horrifying to see how far sans depression goes. You feel sorry for dusty as this is possibly the most heroic thing he's ever done. to be honest the Karma notes are so unfair and annoying, literally just hitting ONE in ANY of the songs with the gaster blasters makes you die. And I kept accidentally hitting them cause they blend in with the purple notes (pain). At least when the notes go transparent in Hallucinations I could just press every button to the time of the music instead of straining my eyes
