1 damage [per FRAME] and he removes your i-frames, which is why i said use the book and glasses they give you back your i frames and you can basically tank his first attack.

This video is from a stream that happened roughly two weeks ago. He has also since been told that the pan increases how much health food items restore, and that having the notebook doesn’t matter because invincibility frames are automatically set to 1 for this fight, no matter what items you equip

KR actually just stays when you heal, meaning you effectively have a lower max HP since the KR will remain and drain you by however much KR you have left.

If you got hit by a move that did 999 damage and you have 999 hp, sure you have to heal but for a few turns you effectively have "Hp amount: Falling" It stays when you heal and it eats into that if you fully heal, but if you DON'T it's gonna do that same amount of damage to you either way. Plus there were a LOT of times Kyle pretty much went with 30 hp and basically ALL of it was going to die by KR, and despite the fact it was ticking down, it was still _VERY USABLE_ hp, just not going to last. As such, if you heal EARLY and it's not a full heal, the draining purple HP can act as a buffer, decreasing future KR (Since KR is maxed at 40 at one time) for a short bit, and allowing you to get hit a few more extra times, at least while it drains.

I mean the rest was true. He has 1 HP, 1 attack, and 1 defense. He just auto dodges and hits twice every frame (1 normal, 1 karma [purple])! Just hit him, duh.

​@@TheKrazyguy751 HP is a joke that ever if he has HP higher than 1 or 30,000 or ever 9,999,999 he would consider as getting DEFEAT(he didn't count as death) due to "game mechanic" that he will be defeated no matter what if he get hit like METTATON NEO that should be another Genocide boss but got 1 shot because HIS NEO body part is unstable, so because having higher HP doesn't mean anything like Undying the Undyne having about 27,000, but Asriel have 9,999 despite being basically GOD because having 6 human soul and whole underground monster, so HP is basically useless to comparison how strong they are.

Fucking LOVE how Undertale fans can't let someone enjoy the game by themselves 9 years later, it was an issue really back then on fans SCREAMING what NOT to do and DO, serioulsy who cares? it's not "giving someone a better playtrough" it's just unnesecary backseat gaming just because NO YOU HAVE TO PLAY *THIS* way. More than half of things chat keeps wanting to ""Tip"" can just be solved by paying attention to the game for a short while. Yeah sans is the weakest, 1hp 1df and 1 atk, but he deals poison damage and you have no invincibilty frames. But he will die in 1 hit, you just need to hit him first

I think it's really funny watching new players fight Sans, from the perspective of someone who can consistently beat him and somewhat consistently beat him hitless. If you struggled on this, you could *not* handle Undertale fangames.

Nobody starts off beating Sans easily or hitless. You need to practice, so if anything it’s just a “wow I’ve come so far since then” feeling. Cuz obviously to beat Sans they’ll have to do what you’ve done. Every single fan game player started off with Geno route Sans at some point.
