Brutally i mean 1 If he saw afk Luigi he would have just left he is lazy to fight aka his single HP point makes that unless is 100% needed he won't fight 2 he would have NEVER done the last half of the fight sans might be strong in magic cast ( the patterns of the attacks) but the damage these deal is 1 without KR help and again 1 HP and 1 DEFENSE he would have literally broken his fragile hand when punched Luigi or kicked him and let's not talk about how he survived a headbutt or being thrown into bricks 3 there were LOTS of times where Luigi would have died 20 HP and LV20 means a ridiculous KR those times Luigi went breaking pillars or even TOUCHED a bone is devastating damage from 2:20 to 2:33 Luigi would have died

I'm sure you've played/seen enough Undertale to know that in the game typically, "LV" stands for "Level of Violence", which measures one's capability of hurting others. Meaning that even if Mario's "level" is changing because of the mushroom, his "LV" doesn't. Though what makes me scratch my head is that Luigi's max HP is 20, but if it were fully referencing Undertale then the max HP should be 99.
