Being 'Sanskari' does not mean that the lady should tolerate this kind of injustice silently. The act of fighting against domestic abuse and misbehavior is also a Sanskar. The portrait of Sanskari Bahu shown in this story is faulty. She would have been real Sanskari if she would have had left her in-laws in time and restarted her life after the lawful divorce (which she should have taken as soon as her husband had left her), she should have also dragged her husband to the court for second marriage without divorcing her first. Then we would have called her 'The Iconic Strong Sanskari Bahu'.
