ഞാൻ എന്റെ ഒരു പേഴ്സണൽ ലോൺ close ചെയ്തിട്ട് 1 year കഴിഞ്ഞു ഇപ്പോളും cibil score നോക്കുമ്പോൾ കുറവ് ആണ് കാണിക്കുന്നത് അത് മാറ്റാൻ എന്തെങ്കിലും വഴി ഉണ്ടോ? ലോൺ തന്ന ബാങ്കിനോട് പറഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ അവ്ർക്ക് അതിൽ ഒന്നും ചെയ്യാൻ ഇല്ല എന്നാണ് പറഞ്ഞത്. അറിയുന്നവർ ഒന്ന് പറയാമോ😊

Cibil കുറയാൻ emi ഏതെങ്കിലും മുടക്കിയതാകാനാണ് സാധ്യത.... പിന്നീട് loan close ചെയ്തെങ്കിലും, പുതിയ loan (gold, personal, car, home or secured loan) ഒന്നും തന്നെ എടുത്ത് കാണില്ല... Also credit card use ചെയ്യുന്നും കാണില്ല... അപ്പൊ കുറഞ്ഞ cibil score make-up ചെയ്ത് കൊണ്ട് വരാനുള്ള സാധ്യത ഇല്ലാതെ ആവുകയാണ്... May b അതായിരിക്കണം കാരണം.... (അല്ലെങ്കിൽ high credit utilisation ഉണ്ടാകും)

Credit ലിമിറ്റിന്റെ 30% താഴെ മാത്രം usage നിർത്തുക... കൃത്യമായി credit card bills monthly അടക്കുക... കയ്യിൽ ക്യാഷ് ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലും credit card use ചെയ്യുക so that monthly അടക്കാൻ എന്തെങ്കിലും ഉണ്ടാകും.... പിന്നെ ചെറിയതാണെങ്കിലും ഒരു gold loan എടുക്കുക... Gold loan secured loan ആണ് (ഈട് ആയി gold ഉണ്ടല്ലോ)... Credit card unsecured ആണ്... So രണ്ട് type ലോൺസ് ഉണ്ടാകും... Gold loan and credit card bills കൃത്യമായി അടക്കുക... 4-6 months time 700+ ആകും...
