This was another fun vlog. Let’s start with the educational part. The way to a girl’s heart is through rosin? Where was that advice 40 years ago when I needed it. Jason really was the hero of the start of this - thanks for the instructional video on how to assemble a Bass (I suspect I would have turned it into a drum set). I also suspect there was an extra day of ukulele jamming in California that evaded the camera. We learned that Julianne is a tank. Of course, she is. A tank full of fun. We also learned that Oxford apparently doesn’t teach water drinking. Fortunately, Professor Matt was there to lend his always scholarly assistance. I was somewhat surprised to learn that we are apparently Katie’s kitty cats, but if watching us play with yarn makes her happy... Finally, we witnessed that Macy’s beauty is becoming too great for a blur to contain, and given her lineage, this is no surprise. More seriously, Bass Pro nailed it when they praised the Petersen’s passion and enthusiasm, though I’d add adventurous, kindhearted and resistant to sleep deprivation. Matt gets a lot of grief, and it could be he deserves it, but he is really good with fans, and this shows up in these. Bless you for sharing these. I’m looking forward to the Petersens adding a little wildness to Texas!

Everyone is so kind, loving, just amazingly great people. Not just the fans and staff and others you mention, but the band, the family, the entire crew! You're famous but don't act like it and I respect and admire that. Most importantly, your music and everything you do is for the glory of God. It's awesome to see a little bit of prayer going on and hearing "praise be to God" because ultimately, He does and should get all the praise. As for drying hair, this may cause a little chuckle. Maybe a guffaw or a snicker? Hopefully at least a smile... We don't have a hair dryer. When our granddaughter spends the night with us, we usually give her a bath. She will be 4 years old January 22. Her hair is ridiculously long. To dry it, or at least mostly dry it, I use a pump we still have from an air mattress we got rid of 5 or 6 years ago. It doesn't have heat obviously, but the air blows really hard and it works quite well! 🙂🙂🙂

Two shows on the same day in such distant states!? Maybe you're exaggerating! I'm kidding, of course, but you guys are absolutely incredible. How many other artists could do that? I only remember Phil Collins moving from one continent to another for Live Aid. Finally, I had never heard such a long piece of one of my favorite songs in "live" version, "We Don't Need Anything This Year". A song that I particularly love, thanks Katie and thanks Petersens.
