Nothing like diving the channel islands. Great clarity. I grew up looking at the little hump in the middle of the Pacific, when I was young. That's about all I miss from So Cal., but there's something special about diving in So Cal., that you won't find anywhere else in the world!

I've had many great dives at the Channel Islands over the years. Brings back lots of memories.

They are huge. It was very cool to have the encounter we had. Hopefully they'll be as common as they were in the 40's again in the near future.
