I've actually been thinking about my future when I get "old", and I anticipate and have been thinking about loneliness lately (my husband is older...), so your commentary on loneliness near the end was quite timely for me. I'm not afraid of it, I get out and sit amongst people (like in a coffee shop or at a mall or venue) if I get sad, and I regulate how much interaction I want or need on a daily basis. Social Media is helpful, I find, and chatting with people in comments is often good for my soul too. To hear you speak of this is also a nice reassurance we are all dealing with a sliding scale of loneliness throughout our lives; connection and bonding is everything. I'm really enjoying your channel. My cats get stocking and gifts and they don't have mouse brains they know and rememberer and are expecting gifts 😆.
