Santa Cruz Builder Remodel

Finding the right builder can be a challenge…after all, you are jumping into a new relationship that can last years and cost many thousands of dollars! When selecting a builder, you have to take your time and really make sure to find the team perfect for you….
…but then there are certain relationships that are a no-brainer. This was exactly the case for the Al, Eileen, & Lennox (from Seacliff Construction). From the moment they met to discuss the design of their remodel, they knew they were a perfect fit for eachother. Was it the fact that both Al & Lennox were musicians and maybe talked about music too much?
….we’ll never know for sure. But musicians have that bond!
This remodel was all about capturing the views to the ocean from the 2nd floor. The great room uses warm yet simple materials to create a comfortable place to enjoy the view or watch a basketball game on the big screen TV. The kitchen is raised just enough that the chefs of the house can look out to the ocean directly from the kitchen. This was no small feat considering the kitchens placement withinin the home.
