I'm sorry I never had the pleasure of meeting the man who shaped one of the best boards I've ever owned. I had to work full time, 9-5 for the first time in my life. I was in my mid forties and my wife had gone back to grad school so we needed the health insurance. I decided to switch from a short board to a hybrid, went to Arrow Surfboards, and ordered a 7'5" which I assumed would be shaped by Pearson. I rode nothing but that board, even in big SCruz waves, and when my wife finished school, I used it for my traveling board. From 2-8 ft, it rode everything, even big Moss and Scotts Creek. It was fairly wide and difficult to maneuver inside the tube, but other than that, it was just perfect for a slightly older surfer. It had round rails (50-50), little rocker, and was pretty flat bottomed. When it finally delaminated after five years, I gave it away. Thank you so much Michel. I've surfed for over fifty years and had only three magic boards out of so many dozens of boards I've ridden since the early 60's. Too bad I left the states and never want to return to order another board and thank you in person. Good to see you surfing and know you're doing well.
