Wow, the nostalgia in this vlog. It's amazing how people who've never met can share a sort of communal zeitgeist. I was thinking, "Do they still have the rings on the carousel?", "Do they still have the caveman that rides the gondolas?", "Do they stop at Marianne's on the way out of town (like sane people) or are they crazy and stop when they first get there?" Thanks for the walk down memory lane.

Love visiting Santa cruz! Especially enjoy going during the week when it's not quite so busy lol. Pizza my heart is my absolute favorite pizza!! I'm in the central valley to!! Great video

Chad and I are huge Roller Coaster Enthusiast and have an appreciation for these old parks! End of November we're heading to Magic Mountain but have been wanting to go to Santa Cruz to get those credits on the boardwalk too. Back in 2019 we went to Belmont Park and got that coaster credit. That pizza looks amazing! As does Mary Anns Ice Cream. And Us pineapple and ham pizza lovers don't need that sort of negativity in our lives. 😂

@@AdventuresinMillerland I'm most excited about Twisted Colossus and X2! Heard amazing things about Tatsu too. And yup! It's going to be a Disneyland/Magic Mountain and South Texas Vlog Series! Hopefully going to meet some of the California Legglife Community too. Can't wait to be back to Cali. We miss it way too much!

We have a 2nd "home" in Santa Cruz. The spot you parked at is River Mouth and great pro tip; that's how we get to the Boardwalk too. Pizza my heart is great BUT Pleasure Point pizza off 41st Ave is 🔥. We are in Santa Cruz ALL the time at our property and it never dawned on me to make a video on it... Thanks for the idea! Fun video you guys.

That’s so great! 😂 there is a serious “team Pizza My Heart” and “team Pleasure Pizza” vibe I get from locals there. We grew up in the Bay Area and went to SC often. I’ve (Chris) had both and I really do like PMH more, but I always enjoy PP too! Thanks!!
