@@Veganerd_ The Angels hired him during COVID and didn't let the broadcasters travel. So the poor dude was doing them remotely, likely from the MLB network headquarters. He'd probably be a good local announcer, but the Angels situation wasn't the right fit. They have a main guy now, so Matt's barely there.
