Glad you think it's cool some would think rolling doesn't look cool. But actually the primary purpose of rolling is to disperses the impact through out the roll instead of it all being on the legs it takes a lot practice and proper technique, but if I roll properly I feel very minimal impact on the landings.

Hey Ronnie, I saw this a couple months ago when some story featured it over on Yahoo and all I'm going to say is that this video made me laugh despite the fact I was having a shitty time during the holidays (I was in the hospital during Christmas and New Years). I think the ad before the .santa Parkour is very important. I assume parkour is a term refering to the physical application of freestyle running and acrobat. Injuries occuring in Parkour are just as damaging to the body as these pro-athletes suffer. Be careful guys and gals. The parkour activities are amazing. The body is wonderfful.
