They looked like pretty well-behaved kids, they just need to listen to their parents is all. Judging by the way they were sitting there, hanging their heads in shame, I think they knew that they deserved what they got. Maybe that's why they didn't fuss or make a scene.

They were definitely on their best behavior after. They received presents the following year. The boys are 16 and 13 now. Til this day, they do not get rewarded for bad behavior.

@@zeezaywilliams9916 thank you! We did with with one of my sons last Christmas. It was heart breaking for us as parents too. We made sure that Santa a sensitive and encouraging note however and our son was devastated but slowly begrudgingly accepted it and behaviour is on the improve. Let’s hope it lasts to this Christmas too. 🤞🌲

This video was specifically for parents who still reward their kids even when they misbehave. When they do, the kids become brats and entitled. The boys are older now, but they know they will not be rewarded if they do not do well in school and do their chores. We take parenting very seriously, and we are trying to raise good and respectful young man

They didn't see us as horrible parents. The boys were smart enough to know that they terribly behaved that year. You can't expect to be rewarded for bad behavior? Otherwise I would be raising brats and entitled kids. The boys are older now. Even back then, they understood the lesson I was trying to teach them. Now, they know even more that they need to earn it.
