Awesome performance, but is it me or did the whole field decide not to gallop out after the wire? Just found it odd, as usually a few horses will "rebreak" and show something after the wire. Maybe it was the quick early split that sapped em. I really wish the other Midnight (Disguise) on the East coast wouldn't have thrown a clunker in the Gazelle. Her build, markings, and bounding stride remind me of Zenyatta. If Linda Rice can get that one back on track, look out Saratoga! This Midnight is clearly talented, but so is that Monomoy gal...among others.
