Currently gaining attention with the new ¥10,000 bill featuring Eiichi Shibusawa, Fukaya City is located in the northern part of Saitama Prefecture. It gets extremely cold in winter due to the strong northern winds known as 'Akagi Oroshi.'
In summer, it's incredibly hot as it's adjacent to Kumagaya City, known as the hottest place in Japan.
