I was at this show. It was incredible. He invited a couple of kids from the audience to come up and play with the band. He gave them tambourines and maracas to use. Thank you for posting.

Got two tickets from a friend, last minute. We were about 15th row. Incredible concert! The night before I was at Alpine Valley WI for the first of the two Clapton/SRV shows. I'll never, ever forget waking up the morning after this Santana show to my clock radio playing some SRV on WXRT...followed by the devastating news that Stevie had passed😢 It was a bitter end to an awesome run of concerts that summer

We Went All 0ver Chicago..Winnging XRT Tickets...Bcuz They Announced Where They Were Gonna Be..So Sum Friends 0d Mine Took 0ff 0n The Scavenger Hunt..We Were From Joliet And Just By Chance We Ran Into An 0ld Friend From The Neighborhood (East Side/Joliet),That We Haven t Seen F/ Years..WHAT R THE 0DDS🎇Just. So Happened That The Concert In Tinley Was The Same Day That Stevie Ray Vaughn (RIP) Passed Away(RIP) ..We Were Gonna Go ,But Went To The Santana Show Instead..GREAT SHoW..TRAGIC DEATH TH0..🎇

Also a perfect summer evening with people selling nitrous balloons in the parking lot because of the proximity to grateful Dead tour and I think the radio station wxrt paid for everyone's ticket
