Main concern to ye h if someone has already filled T1 form and want to change their firm after 7 month and continue rest 8 month in another firm then which form he needs to submit T5 or T5A because T5A is for who completed atleast 10 month of training if someone complete only 7 months then which form he will fill 😢😢

You have to take an experience certificate from that firm and file a new T1/T4 Form with additional fees of Rs.1000

No there's no charges applicable. Charges are applicable only for claiming the exemption from practical training or switching the firm.

Sir I have completed Articleship in two phase in same organization 1) 15/05/2023 to 14/05/2024 and 2) 01/06/2024 to 31/08/2024 First phase is approved after uploading form t5 But while uploading form T5B for second phase it is saying that 15 months not completed. Intermediate both group pending.
