In their previous generations, it was always the Santro which remained the undisputed king of the segment for ages but this time around, Maruti Suzuki seems to have focussed a lot on drivability, features and their as usual mileage mantra which is what has made it my new favourite. The flat down acceleration time of 12.2 seconds from a standstill to 100 km/h is exceptional. This time around, it has edged in every area which makes it the most enticing proposition in my opinion. Good review!!

Wagon R is the best because it's totally value for money cars in city usage, small families, and the second car. It has plenty of space in the cabin than the other two. Personally, I don't like the feature-loaded car, I like those car has a good amount of space in the cabin, better for small families or the Sr. citizen. The more feature will increase the more cost. The basic feature that I like, minimum dual airbag, parking sensors, good music quality, ride comfort and steering mounted basic controls. So the Wagon is the best option in the segment. If Renault KWID will come in the comparison then it will be very difficult to choose. Both the car is best in class.

tiago miles ahead. ride and comfort above two segment car better than swift and grand i10 also, safety wise two segment above better than swift or grand i10,build quality wise also two segment above car, mileage also best with eco mode on, music system also two segment above,maintenance also lowest side due to three cylinder engine. wagonr, swift only leads in refinement, linier power delivery,pick up due to four cylinder engine and that's all. maruti and Hyundai only selling the brand name. after using tiago I come to know that all Maruti and Hyundai cars are highly overpriced.

Safety is highest priority.... If ur car is strong... U save lot of money on accidental damages that covers for low fuel economy. Most importantly you and your loved ones feel safe in sold built car.... Bhai jaan hai to jahan hai... Only negative thing in taigo is it's engine..i don't think it will be reliable like santro engine and k series engine... While santro and k series engine clock more than 2 lac kms without major issues.. Tiago engine is yet to prove its reliability...

Speaking as a customer , I will definitely go ahead with tiago. Following are the few points which edge over all other hatchbacks . Tiago's overall body is quite heavy and tatas in-house safety tests make it a better and safer car to drive. It not only has edb, abs but also CSC which is absent both in wagon r and Santro. . The suspension and ride quality of tiago is far ahead of i20 and baleno ( both are premium hatchbacks ) , forget it to compare with bumpy ride quality of santro and wagon r. You can never feel confident in cornering while driving santro and wagon r , whereas to ago gives you confidence while driving Tiago has better engine cooling system whereas both the wagon r and santro has old cap sealed radiator cooling system. Tiago has three cylinder configuration due to which it is bit noisy and have vibrations but the comforts it provide overlaps it's cons. Seven speed wiper system, flick wipe, spring return lane change, auto lock, crumple zones are few of the comforts it provides to driver. Air conditioning of tiago is far ahead of santro and wagon r as it used mahle cooling systems which are licensed by none other but by Behr , the world's most advance automotive cooling system providers for Benz and other auto corporates.

@@RelevantRhythm wagon r due to its tall body design is never safe at speeds up 90 km, I didn't said that it doesn't have abs or edb, but you are the only person who said that Tiago has jittery ride, the ride quality of Tiago is far ahead of all other cars, ride quality depends upon suspension, tyre size and tyre aspect ratio. Wagon r tyre has lower width and nominal aspect ratio of 165/70 R 14 which is far less than of Tiago which is 175/65 R 15. Due to large tyre radius and greater width, Tiago is fitted with much better rear struts and are far better than spring and dampers of wagon r. Which auto reviewer has said about ride quality of Tiago as not good. Please do quote. I quote with facts and figures and not all with talk. Now you find out which auto reviewer has said about tiago's poor ride quality. I am eagerly waiting for your answer

Tiago honestly is atleast half segment above WagonR and comparable to Grand i10/Swift. If you want slightly more FE, headroom, bootspace, smooth engine then WagonR, but for everything else its Tiago. Premium, feature loaded, 4star safety, build quality, ride quality, looks, literally everything.

Took a test drive of all 3 cars, there is sense of confident, secure feeling when you are inside the cabin of Santo, tiago which was not the case with wagon R, of course there is a lot of cabin space but it feels a bit out of sorts when compared with the interiors of other 2 which are well proportioned. Also for the rear passenger the ride quality of the Santo was a bit bumpy, OK with the wagon R , good on the tiago. Now with the discounts on offer is the grand i10 sportz a better option than these 3 cars for a family of 4 , mainly for city ride with weekend trips of 200 - 250 kms up & down, please comment

I will prefer WagonR because it is coming in Automatic transmission , cabin space, boot space, muscular body, reasonable spare parts, after sell service and resale value, we are getting everything in Maruti car below 6 lac budget car. Auto gear shift is future of car, as a driver manual transmission troubles so much in traffic and congested areas.

Using Tiago XZ (AMT). Don't buy this model. If u want to be verbally abused by strangers on the road - Buy. If you have the patience to let car pickup speed slowly - Buy If you want a "All tiago's have this problem" as a troubleshooting response - Buy Not saying this car is not well built, looks good too, features are good too. If u enjoy driving check other models.

+sharma arun These cars haven't been tested by GNCAP yet. If we talk about safety features, Hyundai Santro gets a driver airbag, along with ABS and EBD are standard across the range. Only the Sportz AMT and top-spec Asta variant get an additional passenger airbag. Tata Tiago gets dual front airbags, rear parking sensors, ABS with EBD, and corner stability control as standard. The new Wagon R now gets a driver airbag, ABS with EBD, front seatbelt reminder, speed alert system and rear parking sensors as standard safety features. The co-passenger airbag along with front seatbelts with pretensioners and load limiters are restricted to the top-spec Z variant and are optional on the L and V variants for an extra cost.

Look wise ,height ,space,comfort ,city conditions ,boot space ,cc,is good in wagon r ,.. negative features are no roof rail ,..back side look not good ,there is no adjustable headrests ...etc but wagon r is my choice
