Every state have different type of criminals. For example, kerala has the bad distinction of the highest number of political murders of any state. Tamil Nade is infamous for rowdy elements killing opponents or rivals with swords and machettes. UP & Bihar are infamous for criminals brandishing weapons and being in politics. Lack of police reforms, compromised judiciary, lack of strong laws to eliminate criminals, general apathy of population etc are the main reasons why criminals rool the roost in many states of India. Human rights exist only for criminals of India - the victims have no human rights unfortunately.

Thank you sir sharing all details... I could connect the bihar underworld expansion... During my school days, we used to watch India most wanted DD serial where I got to know about Prakash Shukla. I am from Ranchi and Bihar.. and have seen Surajbhan many times, and a few big dons from Bihar and Jharkhand. Sir has explained very nicely the linkage between Cable distribution and gangs.. I remember I visited my area cable distributor office for a complaint in 2003 or 2004. The distributor Son was killed by a local Ganster Akhilesh Singh...and uncle was under trauma, and he was just listening to our complaint and didn't respond to anything. Such a bad time we lived in Bihar and Jharkhand.. I was not aware about the Purulia weapons rain. I always puzzled how these gangsters get such modern weapons... Salute to your sir for cracking down this criminal and restricting Indian Mujahideen operations who conducted so many bomb attacks in India.. I remember 2008-09 or 2010-11, when we used to hear about bombs explosion 💥 every now and then... So troubling time for our country...

I am fortunate in this regard that I grew up when crime was relatively lesser. I am originally from Agra and now in Ghaziabad for study. Both hotspots of crime. My parents tell how bad situation used to be, especially under SP rule. One police officer even asked my mama ji to not come out for morning walk once around 2004-2005 🤣
