The fact that Atul was already paying 40K every month could he buy himself any peace from it? And finally if the girl is earning why all this fuss. Please call someone from Men's Right Organisation to get a balanced view. As for corruption, let me give a example. In Bihar, husband is NEVER given bail in lower courts. It is a custom that husband gets bail only from High Court. This is a 'arrangement' made between lawyers of lower and high court. The other problem is that lower courts often do not follow SC judgements.

How could a person survive with less than half salary in metro city like Bangalore? Let me share a different perspective. I am a 50 years old lady. I have seen a shift in society. In our times, most of the girls were married on the basis of their merit(that was mostly written in the matrimonial ads at that time). So, the base criteria to get married in a good family was the best degree and good employment. Most of the well to do and upper middle class parents didn't give importance to the submissivness quality of the girl. Which is the most important thing to adjust to in a family. All those girls who were shy and respectful to the family values were not able to get a good match. We need to retrospect the fault of our previous generation also.

Adv Mehra is very clear on the subject. Corruption is also a very big fact which needs to be addressed. Lawyers of both the parties are "adjusting" ( ??? ) for postponing the dates. Granting postponments by courts & staff is a real problem where all angles must be independently seen by law enforcing departments. Change & modification of law is required to be done fast.

I watched full (1 hour 22 minute long) last video of Atul Subhash. As he spoke, faces of many male friends and colleagues of mine kept getting superimposed over his face. Those friends and colleagues who have gone through ugly divorces or are stuck in marital court-cases or are trapped in toxic marriages. How similar the patterns of abuse and harassment have been for all these men! Unmarried life is a happy life. Getting married makes no sense for men under current Indian laws.

I am civil services aspirants few things I have to say ...1 there should be a mutual understanding between couple regarding Divorce at the time of marriage 2 . Easy way to close relationship with a fixed and progressive amt depends upon situation education and skill of person (suppose a spouse is dr and another is ca then both are qualified to earn sufficient) and tenure of marriage 3 .
