SAO: Fatal Bullet Enhancing RANK 10 Sword ATK and CRIT!

Something I've noticed with your builds is you don't further enhance the chips on your weapons, you don't need to keep farming until you get a weapon with the highest Crit Rate. Example: Lets say you have a sword with 21% Crit Rate. The _correct_ process would be to go to the shady trader and buy him out of every weapon with high Crit Rate and fuse those weapons onto your 21% Crit Rate Sword until you hit the soft cap of 30%. After that, the stat increases in increments of 0.01% and that's where the *REAL* grind begins. Hopefully this helps you a little.

For Photon blades you need Optical attack and weapon attack in order to enhance it to its maximum potential amount of damage it can do. Also invest in damage versus humanoid, damage versus Mech, and damage versus life form max out those 5 stats and I guarantee you you will be doing god tier damage Maxing out these chips will also help you keep the weapon you want to Main without having to constantly trash weapons for example I had a weapon at rank 7 through 9 for the longest time because I maxed out those chips then when I found a weapon that is 10 + I transferred over those chips to that weapon

Only half? Maby for blue and certain rares. But in my experience I've seen rares and legendaries with only 3 locked.

Nobless Oblige I've never seen that on legendaries where there's only 3 locked. Blues tend to have 4-5 chips so 2 would be locked. Ultra rares have 6-7 where it would be 3 locked. Red are 3-1 where 1 would be locked if two or three are on there but if there's only one chip then it can be unlocked. You can't unlock more than half of the chips and it sucks if it had locked bad chips. Unless someone hacked a weapon to unlock more than half the chips on a legendary there's no way that there are 3 or less chip locked legendaries. The only exception to the half rule are odd chipped weapons where it's in unlocked favor or 3 chipped reds.

Nobless Oblige the only way to have a legendary with 3 locked is if you get one with 7 slots instead of 8. If it comes with 7 you can unlock 4. If it comes with 8 you can also only unlock 4.

@@alcausv maby it's glitched or something, but I'm looking at it now and it have a couple that are rare and legendaries that have 6-7 and only 3 locked. One is the valkyrie mk 4 the other is a midou-type AR EX

Well ventus. Your doing fine so far. The only thing is that u can only change half of them from locked chips to unlocked so if it was a uncommon weapon with 2 chips, only one can be switched out and if it already is unlocked then u can't changed the other chip. The diamond symbol next to the memory chip will indicate a locked chip and unlocked is when it's a black bar with no symbol next to its chip. Ideally you would want a rank 10 or 11 legendary sword with damage vs. Mech, damage vs. Humanoid, damage vs, lifeforms depending on how you want build it towards and then for sure have weapon attack critical rate, critical damage and weak spot damage. Also u can keep increasing the strength of your chips by modifying it with the same chips. Like for example u can increase your weapon chip on the blade u showed us in this video the same way u put the memory chip on that weapon. Hope some of what I said here helps out a bit.

To refine the answer a bit. It's you can only have have the chip slots on any weapon unlocked. If you find a weapon with 8 slots 4 can be unlocked (no yellow symbol next to the ability).

Idk why Elizabeth is still shop lvl 8 for you but her max rank should now be 11. At rank 10 shop you can get crazy percentages on your memory slots so I would suggest getting her shop lvl up before trying to grind out anything else. Also Thesinexdeath is correct in his response on enhancing weapon memory chips. The BEST way to go about this is running coop missions for the gems, selling those and then buying whatever memory chip you need. Id like to also point out that the predatory shop is a great place to find amazing accessories too. Now it might take a few hundred resets on his shop (opening and backing out of that menu completely) to find what you want accessory wise but it's 100% worth it. In my experience the best accessories to have are as follows: Hp recovery Hp recovered per min Avoid instant death Physical defense Def vs mechs With those 5 accessory stats ive been able to stay alive and win more battles than i ever have before. There is a system to spend resources to enhance accessory memory chips as well. You cant switch them around like with weapons but you can increase their benefits. And I suggest investing a lot of time into doing that because if you get avoid instant death to 10% oh buddy your survivability shoots through the roof! Same with hp recovery and hp recovered per min. Just those 3 combined and you almost never die!

There is a limit to how many chips you can unlock to change. Even if a chip is locked it is still able to be upgraded, you just can’t swapped the chip for something else.

So with memory chip slots anything with the yellow symbol is a LOCKED SLOT. You can unlock a slot by spending memory chips. However you can only unlock HALF of a weapons slots. So if a weapon, a legendary for example, has 8 slots all locked you can unlock 4 of them. After the update last night, we can see crit rate and damage on weapons. That being said swords have some of the LOWEST crit rates in the game, even with 31% crit rate. That being said, I still stand behind putting crit rate and damage on a sword because there just isnt really anything else to put on swords in my opinion. A perfect sword would probably look like this: >dmg vs mechs - locked >dmg vs lifeforms - locked >dmg vs humanoids - locked >weapon dmg - locked >crit rate - unlocked >crit dmg - unlocked >weakspot dmg - unlocked >dmg when off guard- unlocked THAT'S JUST MY OPINION on how I think a sword can be maximized to it's fullest capacity. It seems the weapons with the higher crit ratings are gonna be select pistols and smgs so take that into consideration when making builds. Anything else Id say just go full damage

Best chips for sword is damage vs mech life form and humanoid always, then is crit rate and damage if you are luck build but if not then use damage from behind, damage at max hp and damage at low hp.

6 slots = 3 yellow 3 black spots for a weapon (black spots can be changed over and over yellow are locked slots cant be changed), 7 slot 4 yellow 3 black, 8 slot 4yellow 4 black. Normally i wait for the 8 slot and aim to get, (atleast weapon attack, physical attack, crit damage, crit rate) opt attack instead of physical is its an opt wep type

Okay here's the deal. If u have a sword with 10 percent crit rate without upgrading the memory chips then u have a good sword even if it has low damage. Just because your sword has high dmg it wont do as much damage as a critical sword for an example the green dlc sword 2.5k base dmg but shitty crit rate but if u have a 10 percent and apply a higher crit rate and have dex luc and strength u will be hitting soooo much harder im max level 275 add me on xbox my gamertag is Xxlegit proXxxx i will be giving out builds And btw the best buffs for a sword build is power form 4 Defense form 4 Human fortress 4 Speed form 4 Armor break shot 4 if your in pve but sword barrier for pvp Melee booster 2 Dainsleif swords are better than half of the photon blades because they come with loads of memory chips u can upgrade easily For anybody that dont know but accessories are also the key Humanoids vs defense = resistance to damage to humans or players Physical def : gun damage resistance Mech vs defense : robot resistance Hp recovery 128% is faster than a recovery over 1min if u have a first aid kit 1 or 2 Medals : faster filling weapon art Movement speed 14 + 29 agi accessory booster with speed form 4 = super speed If u max out humanoids vs defense u will become a tank in pvp If u max out mech vs defense and lifeforms pve enemies barely will hurt u without buffs and also mele defense And if u want to know more hit me up
