Thanks to Mr. Erby and these video i went from completely hopeless and thinking my career was over to having some hope. I was stupid and while i was between jobs and taking care of my mom i partook in smoking some weed with her. She was prescribed it for her cancer treatments and was hesitant and nervous to take it alone i figured what the hell since it is also legal in my state and i was not working. This is not an excuse but just what happened and a laps in judgement on my part. (Yes i was dumb and brought this on myself) I waited a month and then started applying for a job again. What i didn't know is that i still was not clean. Needless to say i got popped on my drug test and found myself in the clearing house "hell". I am still waiting to make sure i am clean before i can progress to step 4 and then see what i can find afterwards. It is still scary but thanks to these videos i am able to find out more about the "system" and know what needs to be done. There is ALOT of disinformation and frankly not enough information out there for drivers to understand how they can get through this. My advice to drivers ...first off DONT risk your job and career it isn't worth it even if it is legal in your state...but if you do find yourself in this situation then do yourself a favor and call Mr. Erby. Be COMPLETLY honest about your situation and follow the steps he will lay out for you. Stay clean and get your life back. Obviously it is going to be a noose around your neck for awhile but it isnt the end,

I went through his program too, really professional guy. Im on step 6 hoping to finish soon so far only taken 3 follow up. However i think you guys should talk about what happens after step 6. Does the violation still show up after you comple step 6 when employers request access to your clearance house. Like saying you had one but its been resolved also after completing step 6 are you still considered a sap driver or a regular driver who went and completed the program a lot of companies arent accepting us due to the insurance what are our options because a lot of the companies that sre accepting us are ripping us off in the pay sector treating us as less than the other guy who hasnt been through sap but still doing the same job

It does show as completed 1-6 HOWEVER it will stay on your record up to 5 years AFTER completion
