What is the purpose of Accruals. Why Accruals used for in pricing procedure?

Its like clearing account. For examples, FR1 related account will be Credit during Goods Receipt along with GR/IR Clearing Account. Same will be debit during Invoice Receipt

@@GaneshSAPMMWM So FR1 transaction key will also determine G/L account with the help of Automatic account determination configuration. Why is it assigned in Pricing procedure.

If you assign the FR1 Transaction Key to any condition type which is activated for ACCRUAL, respective amount will be posted on FR1 as clearing account.
